Returns & Exchanges


We hope you’ll always be delighted every time you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. Faulty goods may be returned at any time.

Goods should be returned in perfect condition, with the tags attached and in its original packing within 14 days from date of order for UK customers and within 30 days for international customers for a full refund or exchange.

We don’t refund delivery or Next Working Day Service charge unless we have made a mistake.

Sale merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days but not refunded unless faulty. Items ordered for Christmas delivery purchased on or after the 15th December have an extended return period (Until 14th Jan).

If you choose to exchange for another size please check the web site for availability or send us an e-mail to verify availability.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

In the interests of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund earrings for pierced ears. This does not affect your legal rights. All non-returnable products are marked with a (!). Contact us before you make a purchase if you need to know more information on the product.

Once returning unwanted products please let us know the reason you are returning the goods, e.g. not suitable, wrong size, etc.
Post back the items ensuring you include all the information we will need to make the correct exchange or credit to your account, by including:

•    Invoice number and or the receipt we sent you
•    Name and address
•    Email address
•    Your requirements - i.e. refund or exchange

Remember that when sending a return the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it registered post.

Please note - refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer knowing.
