Delivery Information

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 3 working days subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. If for any reason we are out of stock you will be notified immediately. If you need it urgently please let us know while ordering by typing in a comment or take advantage of our next day delivery service during the check out.

Our orders are sent in plain packaging however, please note that for returns purpose our name and address will be shown together with our logo.
We also like to ensure that your goods are safe on their way to you therefore we will always opt to send your pack Recorded Delivery, which will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise advised.

United Kingdom
Royal Mail Recorded/Sign For*: within 3-5 working days from despatch date. Standard charge is £3.50 and we will offer you free delivery on all orders above £60.00.

If you prefer an Express Service* we could offer a next day delivery for £5.95 available to choose during the check out.

Europe
Airsure / Signed for Airmail*: within 5-7 working days from despatch date. Standard charge is £7.50 and free delivery is offered for all orders over £60.00. This option includes tracking and insurance against loss.

Rest of World
Airsure / Signed for Airmail*: within 5-7 working days from despatch date. Standard charge is £7.50 on order below £60.00 and above that sum the delivery is offered to you free of charge. This option includes tracking and insurance against loss.

Shipping options should be selected during checkout.

Next working day delivery: UK customers have the option to require their goods delivered the following day by updating to this service during the checkout for an additional cost of £5.95 The goods will be sent by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY and will require a signature. Please note this will apply if the order is received before 12:00pm Monday to Friday. Next day delivery orders during Public Holidays will be despatched on the next working Day.

International Customers: Because your satisfaction is our own we will make every effort to ensure your pack arrives to you safely. This is why we will always opt to send your pack by Airsure / Signed for Airmail service. We understand however that this service adds to the final cost of your products therefore should you prefer your pack sent via Standard Airmail - £3.75  (all receipts are kept should proof of postage be required) we aim to do it but will not be liable to any loss.

*All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letterbox may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if no one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.

Order Confirmation
During the check out we’ll always ask you to provide us with your e-mail address so that we can contact you if there is a problem. We find that most people respond faster this way. Occasionally we will contact you to let you know our latest news or special offer, however if you are not happy receiving our updates let us know and we’ll remove you from the database.
